Terms of Service
Last updated · 17 May 2026
These terms govern the relationship between you and ÊTRUNE, a brand of Blackwood Stone Holdings, Inc. By using this website, commissioning a piece, activating +Care, or transacting on the Upcycling marketplace, you accept these terms.
They are written in plain language to be readable. Specific clauses may be expanded into separate agreements at the time of a high-value commission or service activation.
Acceptance of terms
Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We will notify ÊTRUNE ID holders of material changes by email.
Use of the service
You agree to use Builder, ÊTRUNE ID, the platform and the marketplace lawfully and in good faith. You will not attempt to misrepresent ownership of a piece, falsify a record, or use the platform for any purpose unrelated to legitimate jewellery commissioning and ownership.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account or are issued an ÊTRUNE ID for a piece, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding the credentials that grant access to your record.
Intellectual property
ÊTRUNE, the ÊTRUNE wordmark, the ÊTRUNE monogram, and the names of platform components (Builder, ÊTRUNE ID, +Care, Upcycling, Private Story, ÊTRUNER Circle, ÊTRUNE Box) are trademarks of Blackwood Stone Holdings, Inc.
Original designs created in collaboration with you remain the intellectual property of ÊTRUNE; the physical piece is your property once delivered and paid in full.
Purchases, custom orders, refunds
Custom commissions begin upon approval of a brief and a deposit. Once the 3D model is signed off, the design enters production and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Standard collection pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a full refund minus shipping. Custom pieces are non-refundable; if a piece arrives with a defect attributable to the maison, it will be remade or repaired at no cost.
+Care terms
+Care is offered as an annual subscription, renewed each year on the anniversary of activation. The extended guarantee against material or workmanship issues is contingent on the program remaining active.
You may cancel +Care at any time; cancellation suspends the extended guarantee and pauses scheduled service visits. Reactivation is available at any future date.
Upcycling marketplace terms
Pieces submitted for buy-back must be authenticatable against their ÊTRUNE ID record. Buy-back offers are non-binding until both parties confirm in writing.
Pieces re-listed on the marketplace are sold with their original ÊTRUNE ID intact. The marketplace operates only for pieces manufactured by ÊTRUNE.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÊTRUNE’s liability for any claim related to a piece or service is limited to the amount paid for that piece or service.
ÊTRUNE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities or emotional distress.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States) for the corporate entity Blackwood Stone Holdings, Inc., and by the laws of Colombia for operations specific to the Bogotá boutique. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms over time as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified to ÊTRUNE ID holders by email. The current version always lives at /legal/terms.
